— Impersonating any person or entity, including instructors or Platform staff.
— Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform.
— Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercialising access to the Platform or its Content.
5. Courses, Sessions, and Enrolment
5.1 Course Access
Upon successful enrolment and payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the enrolled course or session for the duration specified at the time of purchase. This licence is for personal use only.
5.2 Session Scheduling
Live sessions, whether individual or group-based, are scheduled according to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes or cancellations. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to instructor unavailability or technical circumstances.
5.3 Attendance and Participation
You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time. Missed sessions may not be rescheduled unless otherwise stated in the specific programme terms. Participation is expected to be respectful and constructive at all times.
5.4 Learning Paths
Personalised learning paths are provided as guidance tools. They do not constitute a guarantee of any specific educational outcome, qualification, or result.
6. Payments and Billing
6.1 Fees
Fees for courses, sessions, and subscriptions are displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice provided before any change affects existing active subscriptions.
6.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment, you agree to their terms and authorise the charge to your selected payment method. We do not store full payment card details.
6.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, access to associated content or sessions may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.
