2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1 Time Limit
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered unless exceptional circumstances apply.

2.2 Service Not Accessed
If you have not accessed, streamed, downloaded, or otherwise consumed any part of the purchased service or course content, you may be eligible for a full refund.

2.3 Partial Access
If you have accessed less than 20% of the course or session content, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. The refund amount will reflect the unused portion of the service.

2.4 Technical Failure
If a verified technical failure on our part prevented you from accessing the service and we were unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the time elapsed.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

3.1 The refund request is submitted more than 14 calendar days after the purchase date, with no exceptional circumstances.

3.2 More than 20% of the course or session content has been accessed or consumed.

3.3 The purchase involved a promotional offer, discount code, or special pricing arrangement, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

3.4 The service has been completed in full, including live sessions that have already taken place.

3.5 The request is based solely on a change of personal interest, schedule conflict, or failure to meet prerequisites that were clearly stated prior to purchase.

3.6 The account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

4. Live Sessions and Group Classes

4.1 Scheduled Live Sessions

For individually scheduled or group live sessions, a full refund is available if the cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund but may be eligible for rescheduling at our discretion.

4.2 Instructor Cancellations

If a session is cancelled by the instructor or by us, you will receive a full refund for that session or, if you prefer, a credit toward a future session of equal value.

4.3 No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled live session without prior notice, the session will be considered consumed and no refund will be issued.

5. Subscription Plans

If you are subscribed to a recurring plan:

5.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already charged.

5.2 Refunds for subscription charges are not issued for partial months or unused days within an active billing cycle.

5.3 If a duplicate charge occurred due to a billing error, please contact us immediately. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded in full.

7. Processing Timeline

We will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days of receipt. A final decision will be communicated within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

8. Refund Method

All approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds in cash, by cheque, or to a payment method different from the one used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available, please notify us and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.
